As one of the founders of TRI-Construction, Inc., Lester’s experience in the construction field has spanned over 20 plus years. Serving in several capacities at TRI-Construction, Lester is the lead driving force behind the operations and safety of the work performed throughout the teams. Lester’s intention for the next decade for TRI-Construction, Inc., is to become one of the largest minorities contractors in the metro supporting and employing minorities and women in the construction industry.

Lester is committed to complete projects on time and on budget, spearheading one of the largest multi-million-dollar projects, Lester received the diversity award from the Twins Stadium for exceeding women and minority goals for the duration of the project. Lester uses his role as a leader at TRI-Construction, Inc. to actively drive quality and productivity through every platform and opportunity.
