Calvin’s intentions for the next decade is for TRI-Construction, Inc. to advance as one of the largest industry leaders as a certified minority general contractor.
Calvin has made a commitment to creating opportunities and supportive leadership for women, veterans, craft workers, and minorities through managerial and field profession – “We are very intentional and understand the need for minority companies such as TRI-Construction, Inc. to open the doorway for opportunities and bring minorities into the construction field on many platforms”. Calvin uses his role as a leader at TRI-Construction, Inc. to actively promote and engage in the community for the diverse construction industry.
